About Us

“Architecture should make us feel different, If not, Engineering should be enough” -Clinging to this moto, In 2017Hari Hara Raj founded a Chennai based young Architectural firm, Latha Architects. Being Architects we robustly believe that recognizing the ‘need’ is the primary condition for Design. So, we patiently interact with our clients to be absolutely aware of their actual requirement. We make sure that the designs which we come up with our Architectural experience is met with all the client’s needs and advancing their quality of life.

We undertook diverse Turnkey projects in and outside Tamilnadu, providing the specialized services in Residential designs, Sports Infrastructure& Constructions and interiors. We also extend our creative skills to the clients with renovation projects. Each project we do substantiates the betterment of our previous project, as the ‘Change’ is the true results of learning. Our previous projects include residential, residential interiors, Commercial, banks interiors and Sports infrastructure development.

We Latha Architects persuade to provide our clients with more innovative and ingenious ideas to their projects with utmost personal attention to every detail, allowing us to execute and complete project with client’s at most gratification.

M.Bs. Hari Hara Raj

Director & Founder

Hari Hara Raj has received his bachelor of Architecture [B.ARCH] degree from SRM university, Chennai in 2012. He always gravitated towards to itinerary of gaining knowledge. Thenceforth he worked in many architectural firms, polishing his designing and detailing skills by working on several multidisciplinary projects for 7 years. After learning the ropes, He founded the LATHA ARCHITECTS in year 2017.His professional practice portfolio includes Residential Architecture, Commercial, Recreational, Interiors and renovations. He worked with assorted clients and providing them with a leading-edge piece of art which is well appreciated by the respective clients. Apart from designing he excelled at the ability to bring out a design under budgetary constraints. As an aspiring Architect he had always and will keep on evolving his Architectural trends.

A.M. Balasubramanian

Chief Engineer

Being a role model is the most powerful form of education. Mr. Balasubramanian is the proud and loving father who inspired his son Hari Hara Raj, The founder of LATHA ARCHITECTS to enter into the another dimension of construction, The field of Architecture. In the year 1986, Balasubramanian has completed his Civil Engineering diploma in Chennai. For more than 30 years, He has been practicing his career in Civil Engineering with his own firm LATHA CONSTRUCTIONS (www.lathaconstructions.in). With his expertise in the field of construction he served good contracting services and have developed more than 200+ buildings in projects of different types and scales with good reputation.

M.B. RANJITH RAJ

M B RANJITH RAJ has received his bachelor of Architecture [B.ARCH] degree from Hindustan Institute of Technology, Chennai in 2020. He always gravitated towards to itinerary of gaining knowledge. Thenceforth he worked in many architectural firms, polishing his designing and detailing skills by working on several multidisciplinary projects. After learning the ropes, His professional practice portfolio includes Residential Architecture, Commercial, Recreational, Interiors and renovations. He worked with assorted clients and providing them with a leading-edge piece of art which is well appreciated by the respective clients. Apart from designing he excelled at the ability to bring out a design under budgetary constraints. As an aspiring Architect he had always and will keep on evolving his Architectural trends.

On his own interest got trained at well known Architecture firm in chennai M/s. Murali Architects & M/s. Aaraa Architects.

He always had a strong belief in bringing all creative and latest ideas of architecture. Hence he joined with Ar. Hari Hara Raj (Director & Founder – Latha Architects) as CREATIVE DESIGN DIRECTOR.
